Ever had one of those days when you’re rushing about in a hectic panic, only to clock-off feeling like you haven’t accomplished anything at all?
Sometimes you can be busy all day doing nothing, frantically rattling through urgent tasks with little importance.
What would happen if, one day, you scribbled down everything on your to do list and just didn’t bother with any of it? How many things on that list would cause a genuine problem if they didn’t get done?
If you can identify the things that wouldn’t be missed, you’ll be left with the things that are important enough to focus on. Then, do those things, one at a time.
You’ll still be busy, but you’ll be busy doing something important instead of wasting your life.
