How many New Years resolutions do you have?
2? 3? 4? 5?
The best way to drop or pick up new habits is to start by changing just one thing.
It takes longer and the initial results aren’t quite as dramatic, but by changing one thing at a time, you build sustainability into your actions, giving you more chance of continuing long after January.
Don’t feel pressured to change everything on 1st Jan, it’s not a January resolution, you’ve got all year to make the changes stick.
Just pick the most important or the easiest and start there. Then add something new in February.
Then add something new in March.
And so on.

Go on, treat yourself.
